Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with AI TokenScope. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
14-Day Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
Monthly Subscriptions
If you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused days on monthly plans. Exception: if you experienced a verified service outage exceeding 4 hours in the billing period, contact us for a pro-rated credit.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, we offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining full months, less any usage that exceeds the Free plan limits during the period used.
Upgrades and Downgrades
When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged only for the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. When you downgrade, the lower rate applies from the next billing cycle — no partial refunds are issued for the current period.
Exceptions — No Refund
Refunds are not issued for:
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Usage charges for token overages on metered plans
- Charges disputed more than 60 days after the billing date
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@aitokenscope.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment processor) and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to create future accounts. We work quickly to resolve legitimate billing disputes.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all applicable VAT, sales tax, and GST automatically. Your invoice from Paddle will reflect the applicable taxes for your region.
